Flexible Steel Lacing Companytch-A-Cleat line of mechanically attached conveyor belt cleats allows for the customizing of industrial, construction, or agricultural conveyor belts. Available in a variety of types, attachable cleats enable belts to elevate cargo at steeper inclines using shorter conveyors, and carry loose or granular material more effectively.
For general-purpose use in bulk material handling and agriculture, Model EC is extruded in an L-shaped cross section that provides a paddle-type support that prevents material rollback. Its concave base flattens to form a seal when attached to the belt. Five sizes are offered, ranging from 1 ¾–3 in. wide. Model HD provides a stocky 1-in. high cleat designed to resist abrasion and withstand high impact. This low-profile cleat can trough naturally and travels smoothly over return idlers when attached in curved or chevron patterns.
