Composite Can

The Composite Can is a convenient packaging system which offers a variety of tailor-made solutions. Composite cans are most often manufactured with an aluminum or paper membrane which ensures the tamper evidence and the highest primary tightness of the product. The membrane can be printed or embossed and equipped with an easy-opener tear tab. The tight seal can be done according to the product requirements, either deep-drawn or in the can's curled out rim. Plastic caps assure optimum secondary tightness and allow for easy reclosing by the consumer.

Filling can be done through the base or through the top. When filled through the base the can is closed by a tin plate, plastic or cardboard base. When filled through the top, the can could easily be sealed with a flat membrane in combination with an overcap or with a press-in lid. The company currently offers 15 round and 10 rectangular footprints with variable heights, which are easily adaptable to specific requirements. The contents range from 50ml to 5.000ml.
