Combination Rack Unloader/Loader is a one-of-a-kind patented system that simultaneously unloads and loads racks of 3-gallon and 5-gallon water bottles on a single unit at today's fastest production speeds. The system automatically unloads empty bottles from bottle racks and conveys the bottles to the infeed of the filling line while at the same time conveying full bottles from the discharge of the filling line and loading them onto racks.
Operating at speeds up to 3000 bottles an hour on the high-speed GLH Model, the unit eliminates a traditional bottleneck on most bottled water production lines. The fully automated system increases production throughput, reduces floorspace requirements, and minimizes labor costs.
