The Tips Sentri machine vision system is now capable of color vision inspection for food and drug packaging. Color inspection provides 100% online product inspection at rates up to 3000 parts/min. The machine vision system, which is designed to perform a variety of product inspections including lot and date code verification, label alignment and color inspection, supports multiple color cameras and combines color and grayscale analysis on the same vision system. Color inspection is designed to ensure product and package quality by enabling high-speed inspection of labels, color-coded products and color packaging.
