The Stone/Pattyn high-speed case liner is a complete turnkey system with flexible configurations from case erecting to lining and sealing. The compact product comes equipped with an Allen Bradley SLC 500 series programmable controller and a quick changeover. Other features include a bag-snap opening, a cuffing system without vacuum, and three locating arms for precise bag/case positioning. Bags are sealed with Teflon-baked seal bars and film roll is easily accessible for operator loading. The machine runs at speeds of 15+ CPM.
