Durable Packaging Corp. will introduce its DuraPeck, a standalone case erector/packing station designed to upgrade the performance of case sealers. DuraPeck can double productivity of conventional case sealers by providing case erecting and a hands-free case packing station. As a case is formed, it is held securely, minor flaps are automatically folded into position and pneumatically actuated arms snap up into position to hold major flaps closed. Tight flap closure virtually eliminates product loss; installation is simple and the unit is ergonomically designed to reduce repetitive motion injuries.
