Cartoners

Formula 2000 Series cartoners are all-servo/metric, fully wash down cartoning systems that allow erect pre-glued sleeve style cartons, and automatically insert products and close cartons in a horizontal continuous or intermittent motion. Toolless changeovers can be accomplished in less than 30 min, according to the supplier. The company also offers horizontal and multi-lane vertical pouching systems for flat, gusseted and standup styles with dosing systems, zipper, straw, cap fitment, and gas flushing options.
