CAPE PACK'99

Using basic size information of your package, pallet and truck, the Pallet Group programs generate graphical solutions for loading your product on a pallet. You can calculate on up to three different pallets at a time and work with cases, trays, bags, cylinders, ovals and trapezoids. Detailed graphics and reports make choosing the right solution simple.

The Arrange Group programs help you create new tray or case sizes to fit your given product size that palletize more efficiently. You can work with many different package shapes, case styles and tray designs. Bundling provides even greater detail and flexibility. Easy to understand solution reports and graphics show your primary packs, bundles, cases and pallet loads.

The Design Group allows you to resize the primary pack by allowing small incremental changes to the dimension, weight and volume. Every possible size, orientation, arrangement and case count combination is considered in the calculation for alternative case/tray sizes and the resulting pallet or truck load. This group is ideal for resizing an existing primary pack, or working with marketing to design a new product.

Casefill programs are used to help consolidate case sizes or to maintain an inventory of cases to be used with multiple products. Casefill uses an information database to identify the quantity, arrangement and fit of products into your existing cases or trays.

Accessories

The Shape Wizards enable you to design your own product shapes. The Case and Tray Wizards are used to create a wide range of display trays, crates and cases.

CAPE PACK'99 offers the most comprehensive compression strength calculator available. Estimate the compression strength of a single box, and predict the required strength for your palletized load in your distribution environment.
