Inconsistencies commonly associated with manual open and close cap torque testers are completely eliminated with the TM200-MDU2. It is also especially effective capping small production runs for clinical trials or similar projects where the open and close torque range is critical.

Details
In a quality control environment Pharmatron's TM200-MDU2 is capable of tracking torque measurement results of up to10 different products and storing up to 100 measurements per set. Optional software allows you combine test data for batch evaluation and capture test data on a PC or have it sent directly to a 40 column printer. Test data can be expressed as statistical summaries or graphs.

The TM200-MDU2 universal cap adapters can accommodate most forms of caps including child-resistant caps. Inexpensive customized cap adapters are available to meet any special requirements you have including sculptured caps, commonly used by the cosmetic industry, and tubes. The universal vise handles bottles as small as 20mm (.8 inches) and as large as 220mm (8.66 inches).
