C2205 Cartoner

Uhlmann Packaging Systems, Inc.lmann C2205, a cartoner designed to meet the demand for high-speed, self-sufficient machinery in the pharmaceutical packaging industry, is available for bottles, tubes, and other pharmaceutical cartooning needs.

Capable of producing up to 300 cartons per minute, the cartoner provides safety and product control features, including InstaTec, DialJust, and DataJust. These systems work in conjunction to guarantee instantly reproducible machine settings and instant start-up following a tool changeover.

Twinstar, the carton feeder at the hub of the cartoner, is a dual rotary carton pick-up and erection system with individual mechanical pre-breaking for positive carton feeding and constant motion carton chain. The machine is also available in a 4-in. pitch (model C-2304) for speeds up to 400 cartons per minute. The cartoner will be shown at the 1998 PMMI Show in Chicago (booth #4112-North).
