A Custom Box Closure Labeling System was designed to place two clear tamper evident labels to the folded closures of computer software boxes.
Universal Labeling Systems, Inc.x Closure Labeling System was designed to place two clear tamper evident labels to the folded closures of computer software boxes. The automatic conveyor system uses two SL1000 Stepper drive applicators that can be rotated 90 degrees to label overhead and on to the sides of the boxes. The label applicators have a "y" axis adjustment providing label placement anywhere on the facing panel when used as overhead applicators. The rate of labeling is 100 boxes per minute with +/- 1/16 label registration independent of box irregularities. Universal is using a new plow-down roller wipe-down method to add speed and efficiency to the system.
