This compact, simple-construction treater station allows for two-sided treating and adjustable lane treating in standard web widths of 42in. (1067mm), 52in. (1321mm), 62in. (1575mm) and 72in. (1829mm). The station is visually open, easy to thread and has an electrode system that provides simple, trouble-free air-gap.
Features and benefits include an electrode assembly with 1/8in. (3mm) aluminum, flip type segments and an electrode air-gap that is adjustable from outside the station. Lexan station covers promote safety while providing complete visibility and are hinged for easy threading. The power supply is available in seven ratings, from 1 – 10 kilowatts.
