The IDEAL Inline Sleeve Wrapper is a versatile heavy duty wrapper designed for continuous operation.

OPERATION:
The infeed conveyor moves the product together with the film web through the open sealing jaws onto the outfeed conveyor. The outfeed conveyor moves the product until it passes the sealing jaws, then it stops. The sealing jaws closes behind the product to seal a sleeve around it. After a short delay the outfeed conveyor evacuates the products.

OPTIONS:

  • Split infeed conveyor for bundle separation.
  • Soft film feed top or bottom.
  • Pressure pad.
  • Live roller infeed and outfeed conveyors.
  • Adjustable gate system for accurate product position after sealing jaw.
  • Side seals.
