Automatic Volumetric Molten Products Filling System
All product contact parts, including the filling units, manifold, intake, and discharge hoses and nozzles are housed in an enclosed, heated chamber. The filling unit drive utilizes a single micrometer volume control to simultaneously adjust the fill volumes of all the units. They can be disassembled in minutes, or can be cleaned in place with an optional flush-back system.
An optional recirculating system keeps the liquid product in constant motion if the supply of containers is interrupted, or if the machine is manually stopped for break time. This prevents particulate matter from settling out of the liquid and helps maintain the product at a uniform temperature. Other available options include a reciprocating nozzle bracket with dual lane conveyor, walking beam travelling fill head system, bottom-up fill, sliding pallet drive system, and valve-in-tip nozzles.
Horizontal mounting shortens the length of connecting tubing between the Filling Unit outlets and the nozzles, thus minimizing clean-up time and preventing product build-up of suspended solids on the piston heads. Series H machines integrate easily with upstream and downstream components such as conveyors, unscramblers, cappers, labelers, and accumulators.
