The APA-2000 Automatic Sorbent Dispenser System dispenses up to 180 packets per minute using a positive index belt drive feed, providing accurate, high-speed insertion of packets into products. Easily integrated with horizontal wrappers, vertical/horizontal form-fill seal machinery, bottle conveyors and other packaging machinery systems, the unit is PLC controlled and can be easily programmed to provide multiple packet strips. The system also utilizes a thru-beam, photoelectric sensor that detects each "see-through" window for reliable, accurate cuts.
