Automatic Case Packer

The Model 3200 Automatic Case Packer features a simplified design that offers easy accessibility for maintenance and adjustments. From initial concept to final design, it was reviewed and analyzed using a computer aided 3D modeling package. According to the supplier, this process led to a refined product with a shorter lead delivery time, even for custom design.

This compact machine is designed for a maximum rate of up to 25 cases/min and will accommodate a range of custom case sizes with a height as small as three inches. This feature renders the machine suitable for the pharmaceutical industry, as well as any general small case application. It is adaptable for servo adjust and servo actuation on both the lifter and the pusher, and is available with the option of adding PC controls for added speed, flexibility and LAN integration.
