PPT Vision is a complete, one-camera machine vision solution offering cost-efficient automated inspection with user-friendly programming, along with the flexibility to be upgraded to a 2 or 4 camera system. This innovative, high-speed system includes a large compliment of sophisticated software tools.

This system is a complete turnkey inspection system consisting of an integrated high-speed processor, 15" SVGA monitor, camera and lighting system, keyboard, trackball, cables and powerful Vision Program Manager software.

Available options include a touch screen monitor, an industrially sealed flatscreen monitor, and a support package that assists users with camera and lighting setup and VPM programming.

With image capture rates up to 1,800 parts per minute (ppm) at 640 x 480 resolution. The system is faster and more accurate than other entry-level systems, and can be upgraded with a high-speed camera to achieve speeds over 10,000 ppm.
