Sealed Air's Autobin system used with the Fill-Air inflatable packaging system maximizes operator efficiency and increases overall productivity for on-site, on-demand air cushion packaging.
The Autobin system consists of a computerized counter and material slide unit attached to a portable collection basket which is mounted onto the Fill-Air system. During the packaging operation the operator programs the number of air cushions to be dispensed. Once the counter senses the set number of air cushions used, the system will automatically replenish the air cushions into the collection basket.
The Autobin automatic replenishment system increases the cost-effectiveness and flexibility of the Fill-Air packaging systems to meet today's requirement for high volume, just-in-time packaging.
