Optional transport casters allow for flexibility to move the unit from line to line.
With a compact footprint of 48x21-in, the stacker accommodates speeds to 90 DVDs and 100 CDs per minute. Operation consists of cases entering the system across a detection sensor. If no disc is present, they are rejected into a collection bin; with a disc present, the cases continue to the stacking station where they are upstacked into a pre-selected count and off-loaded.
The stacker includes the detect/reject feature and can be purchased with options for CD/DVD adjustability or transport casters.
