AlphaCoder Low Cost, High Resolution Ink Jet Printing

FoxJet introduces the newest addition in quality on-line, high resolution marking and coding systems. The AlphaCoder system, part of the FXJet series, is the most economical high resolution printing system available. Solid-state in design and performance, AlphaCoder produces high resolution alphanumerics and graphics on porous material.

Affordability...FXJet AlphaCoder systems are competitively priced to combat higher end barcode systems and antiquated valve coders. Without mechanical moving parts that wear out and fail, AlphaCoder boasts dramatic savings in consumable costs and production down time.

Flexibility...AlphaCoder print engines will produce 1 – 5 lines of high resolution alphanumeric text or graphics within a 1.82" (46mm) image area. Line speeds can operate at up to 250/fpm (76M/min). Improved throw distances range up to .50" (13mm).

Adaptability...Three controller designs are currently available for single or multi printhead applications. The compact size of each controller affords simplicity in space management and installation. An integrated design encloses the ink system, printhead assembly and fluidics in a stainless steel enclosure for simplified operation and removal of shock and vibration effects. Innovative design supports modular, top-down, or elevator conveyor applications.

FXJet systems come complete with a powerful software package as standard, or choose SystemMaster, an optional PC based Windows package offering graphic generation, networking, and database capabilities. SystemMaster will conveniently interface with any Windows (95, 98, NT) compatible program, and has an easy to use menu structure and WYSIWYG preview screens.
