Advanced Hot Melt Container Labeling Adhesives

The company offers the Clarity line of hot melt adhesives formulated specifically for the container labeling industry. The adhesives form invisible glue lines on PET and other plastic and glass containers. These extremely clean-machining adhesives help operators reduce maintenance costs and create worker-friendly environments by eliminating char, smoke and adhesive odors.

The adhesives are formulated with the same proprietary technology used in the company's Advantra packaging adhesives. They're available in four unique formulas, designed to meet specific container labeling challenges:

• HL-4157- a versatile, low-viscosity adhesive with robust performance on paper and film labels used on all types of equipment. For use with magazine- or roll-fed label stocks.
• HL-4161- an aggressive, high-performance hot melt combining high heat resistance, aggressive bonding, and excellent machining for hot fill applications. For use with magazine-fed stocks.
• HL-4164- a versatile, aggressive, high-viscosity, non-PSA type hot melt for glass and can containers. For use with magazine-fed label stocks.
• HL-4167- a high-performance, low-viscosity, PSA-type labeling adhesive designed for hard to bond substrates including cold or wet bottles. For use with magazine- or roll-fed label stocks.
