AccuWeb Introduces Pneumatic Splice Table Option

AccuWeb adds a pneumatic clamping system as a splice table option for its AccuGuide™ PDG-AP Series anodized aluminum positive displacement guides

Madison, WI - AccuWeb continues its relentless pace of innovation with the introduction of a pneumatic splicing table as a new option for the PDG-AP Series positive displacement guides (PDG). It employs a durable bladder clamping system that securely grips the web. This mechanism is activated by solenoid valves that can be integrated into any converting machine logic. Like its manual counterpart, the pneumatic splicing table can be designed to fit any size PDG. The AccuGuide PDG-AP Series, part of AccuWeb's complete line of precision web guide assemblies, is constructed of rugged anodized aluminum plate. A proprietary linear bearing system securely links the moving frame to its stationary base, providing easy installation in any orientation.
