These 5-10-15% Humidity Indicator (HIC) Cards accurately measure the relative humidity (RH) within a given packaging environment. Designed to comply with JDEC-STD-033 for semiconductor packaging, the card is accurate within +/- 2% (RH).
HIC cards are often used in conjunction with a desiccant and a moisture barrier bag when shipping sensitive electronic circuits and components. Available in standard dot formats, the cards display humidity conditions in packages of various sizes.
