3 SIGMA LLC is a privately owned manufacturer of hot melt and emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive coated products. 3 SIGMA LLC's focus is on becoming a major force in the $360 million pressure sensitive films market, as well as, the leader in the $115 million specialty pressure sensitive label market.

A new manufacturing facility located in Troy, OH has allowed the consolidation of three prior manufacturing locations. This consolidation provides faster communication between all departments, which results in better servicing customers' needs.

3 SIGMA LLC's Troy, Ohio facility processes include the coating of adhesives, top coating for films, slitting, sheeting, and specialized finishing. 3 SIGMA LLC also has two slitting facilities on the West Coast to better serve our customers located west of the Rocky Mountains. 3 SIGMA LLC's philosophy is to reinvest profits, which will allow the company and business to grow.

Label converters know 3 SIGMA LLC is the pressure sensitive adhesive coating specialist, with one of the tightest pattern adhesive tolerances in the industry. 3 SIGMA LLC offers toll coating services, and our unique ability to coat a permanent and removable adhesive on the same web for the end user who requires strong label adhesion and clean removability on the same label. Our double-coated tapes are converted into photograph mounting corners, for use in personal hygiene products, or for package reclosure devices.

End users have utilized our unique products like Anchorseal® "Lift & Lock" package reclosure systems, Circle Coupon base material for point-of-purchase coupons or direct mail temporary IDs, REP-4 repositionable adhesive for children stickers or direct mail, and specialty piggyback products for inventory control, shipping or specialized business forms.
