2114 Tamp-Blow Label Applicator

Label-Aire Inc./-1/32" is a reality with the Model 2114 Tamp-Blow Applicator.

• No mechanical contact is necessary. The label is peeled from the liner and retained by vacuum on the pad. The pad is then extended towards the product and the label is blown onto the product from an approximate 1/4" distance.
• Products may be labeled in any attitude (top, side, or bottom) through this highly efficient non-contact application method.
• Labeling errors such as double labeling or a missed product are eliminated with peel tip sensing which further assures accurate placement of a label on every product.
• Reliable operation is ensured by microprocessor controls which allow repeatable settings and constant monitoring.
