2111 Air-Blow Label Applicator

Label-Aire Inc.label application of up to 1600 linear inches of label web per minute is combined with an exceptional placement accuracy of +/-1/32" in the 2111 Blow-On Label Applicator. With its unique air blow system, labeling errors such as double labeling or missed products are eliminated with peel tip sensing which further assures accurate placement of a label on every product.

• Reliable operation is ensured by microprocessor controls which allow repeatable settings and constant monitoring.
• The unit will accept a wide variety of label sizes without changing parts as a result of the system's advanced honeycomb grid.
• The units are available with the standard clutch-brake drive or an optional stepper drive package.
• The labeler can be relocated from one production line to another when mounted on the manufacturer's castered T-base stand.
