2-D Code Reader with Teach Mode

New V530-R150 2-D code reader reads QR, data matrix and SEMI standard T7 codes on labels, printed circuit boards, metal and glass. Features include a teach mode for quick set-ups and onscreen view and image analysis mode, which provide viewable decoding information and help in troubleshooting. At just 48mm (L) x 31mm (W) x 40mm (H), the V530-R150 camera (without lens) is the smallest in the industry, making it ideal for installation in restricted areas.

The teach mode on the V530-R150 allows for easy adjustment, selection and setting. Other features of the reader include onscreen view, which has viewable decoding information, minimizing setup effort. The V530-R150's image analysis mode helps with troubleshooting by storing up to 24 reading failures, allowing it to detect defective codes. It also has 10 preset configurations or scenes that permit quick adaptation to new reading conditions. The V530-R150's handheld programmer makes it easy for a user to set up quickly and efficiently, read the 2-D code, repeat the performance and know when errors are occurring in the code itself.

The V530-R150 provides connectivity with its RS-232C interface and three inputs and nine outputs. It easily integrates with Omron's PLCs, operator interfaces and power supplies. It is ideal for the electronics, packaging, semiconductor, automotive, pharmaceutical and air transportation industries.
