BUTLER 500

The BUTLER500 produces a true standup flat bottom bag with four corner seals. The four corner seals strengthen the bag and keep it in a rectangular shape as desired.

The machine has a "Black Box" unit incorporated into it which is shaping, settling, folding and automatically compensates for product density changes, which is an important feature of the "Blockbag" it produces. An additional horizontal bag top conditioning unit folds the top of the de-aerated bag over and applies hot melt or tape to keep the flap down.

The finished "Blockbag" can be staged, shrink wrapped and directly palletized for unmatched cost savings.

The system actually seals the laminate materials on the corners, not just a tack as seen by other manufacturers. It can therefore be used with many packaging materials and products. The bag weight range can be from 1lb-15lb, depending on the product density.
