Realfeed S.r.l. 4/3 High Speed Multi-Tracks Modular Count System includes the patented vibrating group operating by multiple linear independent channels. The use of this advanced technology has maximized the system's counting precision, feeding speed, flexibility and high operation reliability. Realfeed S.r.l. 4/3 is perfect for the feeding and counting of pharmaceutical products (i.e. tablets, capsules, pills) that either need to be packed in large quantity packages or small doses for large distribution.

The Tracking Cross Transfer (TCT 12) is an automated system to transfer food products line up on the production belt to generic trays or to the wrapping machine's infeed conveyor. Controlled by servo motors, the TCT 12 has an extremely simple operation cycle. The TCT 12 supports various suction cups or special handling heads able to perform accurate dynamic transfer towards the cross chain supporting the trays or feeding the wrapping machines. The system can operate in continuous motion up to 40 mt/min.
