Durango Principals to Acquire Four M Corporation

Four M Corporation has announced that principals of Grupo Industrial Durango have agreed to purchase all of the company's outstanding capital stock.

Four M Corporation, through its principal operating subsidiary, Box USA, is North America's largest independent producer of corrugated packaging. Durango is Mexico's largest producer of corrugated packaging, almost equal in size to Box USA. The two entities together will convert approximately 1,400, 000 tons of containerboard annually.
