9000R Rotary Based Pressure Sensitive Labeler

The 9000R rotary based pressure sensitive labeler is precisely controlled to apply front and back, multi-panel or wraparound labels at high speeds. The system features Accraply's 90 Series servomotor driven push/pull label applicators, cam or servo motor container manipulation, and off-the-shelf drive components throughout. The system design allows clear, easy to access system components, as well as easy-to-thread applications with a drop-in-from-top design. The rotary table can host up to five label applicators, while the small diameters equate to a smaller production line footprint. Optional features include hot melt or pressure sensitive outsert applicators, various methods of secondary printers, and automatic container and label quality inspection systems.
