Rubber covered belts fabricated on a mandrel produce a seamless belt with no weak points along its surface and can outlast a seamed belt to extend the productive life of high performance machinery and equipment. A variety of cover materials including natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, hypalon, sponge, urethane, and silicone can be machined to meet specific operating requirements. All materials can be vulcanized to flat, poly-v, or timing belts and ground to precision tolerances to assure maximum operating performance.
