The EL-6000 is the newest addition to our line of packaging machinery manufactured here at A.E. Randles Co. This continuous motion horizontal cartoner is designed to form and seal a wide range of carton sizes with a minimal change-over time. The EL-6000 comes with such standard features as a hot-melt extrusion system, safety interlocked guards, and a frequency controller to provide electronic speed control, low-amp startups and torque limiting.

- Speeds up to 80 cartons per minute.
- Carbon Steel Tubing painted with "Steel-It" brand epoxy paint.
- Fully crank adjustable for quick change-overs.
- Safety Interlocked Panels and Guards.
- Frequency Controller providing variable speeds, torque limiting, and low amp start-ups.
- 5" braked casters.
- Hot Melt Extrusion System
- 220 VAC Three-Phase, NEMA 1.
- 72" load area.
- 36" hopper capacity.
