Unique Ultra-Clean Design Vertical Form-Fill Sealing Machine From Bouwpaco
January 27, 2012
Dutch machine builder Bouwpaco Packaging Equipment, located in Barneveld The Netherlands, introduces an innovating ultra clean design vertical form fill and sealing machine. The philosophy behind the development of this machine is that the packaging machine should not be the end of a production line, but that the packaging is an essential part of the product itself. The new BP SiH can therefore, without compromises, be used in the most demanding production lines and circumstances.
Design
The distinctive design plays an important role. Not only is the machine frame completely watertight, the special shape also prevents that product can stay behind in and on the machine parts. Also all available options are designed with hygienic aspects in mind.
IP 67+
The BP SiH has a IP 67+ protection class, which means that the machine can be cleaned with water without any problems. Most components en sensors even have the highest protection class IP 69K. The materials and components used are from the highest quality and are resistant to corrosion due to water of detergents. This results in a long life cycle and low maintenance costs.
The BP SiH is an intermittent motion machine, with a maximum capacity of 120 bags per minute. The horizontal sealing unit and the foil transport are servo driven. Machine models are available up to 320 mm bag width or up to 500 mm bag width. There are also possibilities for customer specific requirements, as Bouwpaco has it's own production and engineering department.
