The PST-350 servo random case sealer provides three shift, top, and bottom case sealing for applications involving random case sizes. It is designed for continuous high-speed operation. Unsealed, product-filled boxes are automatically sequenced into the machine, which then self adjusts to each size. A mechanical flight bar system transports the case through the folding and closure application. All four flaps on the case are closed and then sealed top to bottom with pressure-sensitive tape. Speed is determined by the size of the case, but the 350 generally operates at 12-15 cases/min.
