One of the hottest topics in the packaging industry today is "Returnable/ Reusable" packaging. Automotive companies have been the leaders in utilizing this form of packaging to transport their components inside one plant or among different plants. A typical returnable/ reusable application might consist of a rack with several foam and plastic corrugated trays adhered to it, so that products can be placed on these trays and rolled to another point in the production process. Once product is removed, that rack can be returned and reused many times.

The B. B. Bradley Co. has been a forerunner in this arena of packaging. We have the technology to machine one-piece construction foam trays that will not come apart at the "seams" after frequent use. Our Crosslink Polyethylene Foam provides Class A surface protection for painted surfaces. Our higher density foams hold up under constant use. Fabricating plastic corrugated into unique shapes is much less costly than molded plastic and provides more durability than paper corrugated.

The B. B. Bradley Co. has come to the aid of many companies looking to reap the benefits of returnable/ reusable packaging. Let us know how we can help you.
