K & R Equipment, Inc.T 32 Poly Bag Decuffer/Package Top Sealing Machine is designed to operate at the end of an automated bulk packaging line that includes a Case Erector/Poly Bag Inserter, or other bag insertion system, along with filling and weighing equipment. This machine enables the line to become fully automated, providing cost-effective savings by reducing labor.
The machine mechanically decuffs the poly bag on the lined, product-filled container. The bag is then progressively envelope-folded to form a double plastic cover over the product. Air between bag and product is removed; the package proceeds through upper case flap folding and pressure-sensitive tape or hot-melt adhesive sealing. Completed package exits machine.
