Packline Materials Handling Announce The Production Of Their New Bespoke Lifting Frame To Handle Long Rolls Of Film For Spin Wrap Processing Lines

Kansas City, MO (PRWEB) - New to Packline Materials Handling and Ultrasource LLC, the bespoke stainless lifting frame was designed in response to a customer requirement in the food processing industry to handle, lift and transport long rolls of film to the spin wrap processing lines. This roll handling solution is suitable for clean room high care environments such as the food, drinks, pharmaceutical and packaging industries.

The lifting frame can be lowered down to pallet level to enable easy transfer of the rolls from the pallet to the lifting frame attachment. The frame incorporates a gate that is closed to securely hold the roll in place.

The wide frame securely holds the longer rolls in place whilst being transported to the spin wrap machine.

The lifting frame raises the rolls up to the spin wrap machine where they can be rolled off into place for spin wrapping.

This model has electric powered lift and lower functions to lift the rolls from the pallet, and then transfer to the spin wrap machinery. The control of the lift and lower functions is made via a hand-held ‘pendant’ which provides easy operation and precise control ensuring the reels can be accurately unloaded onto the spin wrap machine.

This lifting solution is designed for use with spin wrap machines such as the ‘Octopus Line’.

The attachment has been designed to provide strength, durability as well as improved wear resistance and enhanced ease of use which provides a simple and safe action.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fitted or removed from any model of Compac lifting machine that is fitted with the quick release system.
