PACK EXPO 2000:Blow/Fill/Seal Machine

The ASEP-Tech Blow/Fill/Seal machine integrates blow molding, sterile filling and hermetic sealing in one continuous operation to produce aseptically manufactured products that are distinctive, more cost effective and reliable than any other method. Several machine models are available to choose from, (the Model 624 is pictured) designed to manufacture containers ranging in size from 0.2 mL to 1000 mL at production rates up to 15,000 units per hour, depending on container configuration. At PACK EXPO, a Data Acquisition Package for the systems will be displaying simulated production conditions including trend analysis, menu development and alarm monitoring.
