The Model STN-8500 High-Speed Servo Tray Wrapper accepts both PVC and PE stretch film. Cycle motion or continuous on demand operation can be selected, and a touch screen video display with diagnostic system assures simple operation. Wrapping at speeds from 30 to 120 rpm, the Model STN-8500 accommodates trays measuring 80-210 mm wide, 15-35 mm high, and 100-400 mm long. Omori's machine features a unique servo motor driven belt separation conveyor with side belts to ensure stable product feeding at high speeds. Options include a center seal heater, an external stop switch, print registration and automatic product changeover.
