The PA/5000 Label Printer/Applicator System is a heavy-duty, high-speed print and apply system built for continuous-duty operation.
Diagraph Corporation Label Printer/Applicator System is a heavy-duty, high-speed print and apply system built for continuous-duty operation. It is a reliable on-line labeling solution for printing and applying direct thermal/thermal transfer labels to cartons, packages, totes, pallets, and primary products. This automated labeling system offers increased throughput and boosts productivity.

Capable of running 24 hours per day, 7 days per week continuously, this label printer/applicator takes automated labeling to a new level. It is built of anodized aluminum and steel construction, and sits on a heavy-duty T-base stand that has locking casters and leveling pads. This allows for easy portability, then stability once in place.

Customers have their choice of fully integrated print engines with print speeds up to 12 inches per second with application rates up to 100 products per minute (label size and application dependent). The system offers a maximum print width of up to 6.6", and media width ranging from 2.0" to 7.2". Label roll capacity is a 13" O.D. and it accommodates a wide range of paper, films, and synthetic label materials that can be printed and applied to various substrates.

The electronics are housed in a card cage inside the controller, which is attached to the system via a pendant arm, reducing vibration to the electronics. The controller can be moved into various positions, relative to the chassis, by use of the two handles mounted on the face of the controller.

Diagraph Corporation comes standard with a yoke, stand, product sensor, choice of print engines, air filter assembly, controller, encoder-enabled connection, and web monitoring logic. The flexibility of the design allows for new features to be added to meet future needs.
