The Model LLP-10 Automatic Low Level Palletizer is designed to accommodate moderate production speeds

The Model LLP-10 Automatic Low Level Palletizer is designed to accommodate moderate production speeds with line speeds of up to 30 cases/min, depending upon case and pattern specifications. The infeed conveyor encompasses three separate drives to control product flow into the palletizer. The first drive controls the metering and separation belts; the second drive controls the case turning or orienting section, and the third drive controls the row forming section.

Rows of cases are transferred to a live roller layer accumulation section, where an entire layer of product is staged awaiting transfer to the stripper plate table. The layer accumulation section is designed to ensure that product flow into the palletizer will not be stopped while the stripper plate table is transferring a layer to the palletized load. Upon transfer to the stripper plate table, each layer is then deposited on top of the palletized load until a complete load is formed.
