The Integrated Spring Bracket is a mounting bracket designed to adjust automatically to uneven substrates (up to 0.25 in.) and align the printhead and printing substrate for high resolution print on all outer case/carton printing applications. The bracket enhances flexibility of typical product handling and case forming systems. It is mounted to the conveyor that moves back and forth over an area of 0.25 in. (6 mm). An uneven carton will trigger the bracket for automatic adjustment and printhead alignment.
