Electric XEX Motors

Baldor Electricric XEX Motors offer a premium, efficient, extra tough solution to packaging industry needs. The motors feature a rugged mechanical package for extra protection against harsh, demanding industrial environments. They are constructed with a cast-iron frame, conduit box, and end shields with "T" drains. The conduit box is diagonally split and rotatable. The stator and rotor are completely epoxy-coated for corrosion protection, while the shaft features a nonmetallic V-ring slinger.

Additional features include alemite grease fittings with protective covers; zinc-plated, hex-head hardware; and a maximum 85 dBA sound pressure. These motors are fully tested per IEEE 112 Method B for strict adherence to NEMA standards for efficiency.

The motors are available in cast iron in ¾ to 400 HP, and 600-3600 RPM. They are also offered with rolled steel frame construction in ¼ to 400 HP, and 1200-3600 RPM. Both designs are available in all standard enclosures, including explosion-proof.
