The Sencorp model 24-ASG / 1 gradient bar sealer is the ultimate machine for testing the heat sealing properties of plastics, papers, metalized films, laminates, inks and coatings. An entire temperature range can be tested within minutes to save hours of expensive testing. This unit includes all of the features that are offered on our standard model 12-AS / 1 laboratory sealer, with the additional feature of eight independently controlled heat zones that allows the user to set up a gradient with a maximum step of 25°F between adjacent zones.
