Reliable, versatile and cost-effective, our three SpeedyPacker systems can deliver up to 21 foam-filled bags per minute, providing unparalleled productivity and product protection at the touch of a button. Flexible enough for any packaging application, the SpeedyPacker line consists of a 19" benchtop, a 19" floor model and a 30" benchtop system. All systems are both CE and UL approved.

The SpeedyPacker Foam-in-Bag Packaging Process:

SpeedyPacker systems produce foam-filled bags used for void fill, blocking and bracing and cushioning applications.

The Instapak Foam-in-Bag Molding Process: Bringing together the speed of foam-in-bag with the protection of engineered packaging design.

Instapak foam-in-bag molding systems create molded cushions for products that require a consistent, precise fit and superior product protection. Custom-designed cushions that provide optimum protection are produced quickly and easily using any one of our Instapak foam-in-bag molding systems; the Instapak Twin Vertical Molding Station, the Instapak Molding Wheel or the Instamolder High-Speed Cushion Molding System.

Instapak Foam-in-Bag Molding Equipment includes:

Instapak Twin Vertical Molding Station
• Low initial investment
• Capable of producing up to 100 cushions per hour
• Only 12 square feet of floor space required

Instapak Molding Wheel
• Space efficient 6-mold configuration
• Capable of producing up to 300 cushions per hour
• Floor space required: 24 square feet

Instamolder High-Speed Cushion Molding System
• Ideal for high volume packaging operations
• Accommodates either 8, 10 or 12 mold cavities
• Capable of producing up to 600 cushions per hour
• Floor space required: 50 square feet
