Small Pouch Machine

Wrapade announces its latest model Small Pouch Machine for the Food, Pharmaceutical, Hospital Pharmacy, Nutritional, Candy, Gum, and Hardware Industries for such products as powders, liquids, tablets, capsules, syringes, medical disposables, small parts, and novelty items at up to 60-pouches per minute.

Truly, a flexible utility pouch packager, the Model forms, fills and seals a wide range of pouch sizes from 2" wide x 2" high up to 6" wide x 9" high without the need for change parts. Changeovers are easy and fast.

A significant feature of the Model's compact design is the space saving Carousel Product Loading Turret for both manual and automatic product feeding. The Carousel Design keeps the Model compact, yet permits enough space for one or more Product Feeders.

A Touch Screen Operator Interface Panel allows the operator to both monitor and adjust the machine during operation. For safety, all Wrapade machines are fully protected with a Visual 3-Color Light Beacon Signal integrated with a Diagnostic Message Display to keep the packaging machine running efficiently and the operator aware of the safe operating conditions. Additional safety features include Multiple Emergency Stop Buttons, and all doors and panels are interlocked to stop the machine if a door or panel is opened.

Accessories permit a Re-Closable Stand-Up Pouch configuration, In-Line Printing, Hole Punching for retail rack displays, Tear Notching for easy opening the pouch, and Emboss Coding of each pouch.
