The Rotary Puck Loading System is fed from two feeders that sort, orient, and feed plastic lemons and limes at speeds up to 300+ parts/min. This system can be used for food containers, personal care and household products, and other parts and product assembly or packaging applications.
Lemons or limes are transferred onto the main rotary turret, where they are loaded into their corresponding pucks. The filled pucks then travel down the conveyor to the filling operation.
Available in multiple sizes, configurations and feeder styles, the system is flexible enough to be adapted to a variety of parts and products. It features motor drives that are adjustable through a user-friendly touch-screen.
