The Super 400 XXL is an automatic mailing packaging machine for magazines. Operating at up to 15,000 cycles per hour, the machine automatically places inserts in magazines, provides them with a cover sheet if required, and packages them in flat PE film. A downstream ink-jet printer addresses the magazines ready for dispatch, and an automatic stacker stacks them according to the postal code. The unit is controlled by new Hugo Beck servo-drive technology with CNC control.
