The Layer Packer is used to load cartons with parts. It is designed for handling molded plastic parts and can be used for other rigid components received on an infeed conveyor oriented from upstream equipment. The operator can adjust the packer for variations in layer size and number of layers per carton from a touch-screen control panel.
